Our Code of Conduct
- In all dealings with the community, our Clients and Customers, and each other, we will strive for neutrality, justice, integrity, discretion, honesty, courtesy, and respect.
- We will act responsibly as an organization with regards to environmental and community issues.
- We will accept accountability for all our actions, both as an organization and as individuals within that organization. Our word is our bond.
- We will consider the wider consequences of every action that we undertake in order to minimise negative impact on the community.
- At all times, employees of the organization must conduct themselves in a socially ethical and responsible manner. We are always representing the organization.
- All members of the organization will be informed as to and compliant with the laws that govern them - this includes but is not limited to the laws of the state and the country, occupational laws, intellectual property laws, etc.
- The organization will provide all employees with a workplace that is safe, within the boundaries of the work being undertaken, and free from harrassment and discrimination as a minimum requirement.
- The organization and its employees have a responsibility to ensure that complete, reliable and accurate records are kept of all its dealings. These records will be kept confidentially and securely according to legal regulations and external accounting requirements.
